What in Carnation are those?
Known as Kissing Balls or Floral Spheres and made with a ton of Carnations. Carnations are great for these as they are hardy, come in every color and fill in the space nicely. These foam spheres, which is the hidden hardware, come in a variety of sizes, including 4", 6" and 8". Once the floral foam is soaked through they are quite heavy but ready for flowers. These are one of 4 sets that hung flanking the bride and groom seated at the head table. They are 6" spheres to start, but once the carnations are added they increase to 9"-10" spheres. How many flowers do they take you ask...about 60 heads to give them a nice full compact look. Another idea would be to hang during your ceremony on shepherd hooks then move to the tables for an unusual centerpiece.
